School Improvement Plan

Please see below our School Improvement Plan Priorities for 2024-25. This is a working document and will be updated accordingly throughout the academic year.

To further develop teachers' pedagogical understanding of the teaching of maths.
To establish number sense in year 3 to 5, to improve fluency and reasoning skills and to further embed from Rec to year 2.
To establish and develop a whole school approach to a nurturing culture.
To establish and develop teachers understanding of teaching oracy to develop pupils' outcomes in oracy in EYFS and KS1.
